Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the house spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room & Public Area Cleaning
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making bed, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, floors and mirrors.
- replace linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
- Empty trash.
- Maintain cleanliness and corridors, lobbies, and other public spaces.
